Fibre Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Fibre Supervisor to join our team working on projects across Reading and the surrounding areas. As Fibre Supervisor, you will help oversee our FTTH projects involving PIA and new build construction.
As our Fibre Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing fibre teams working across our projects, including underground and overhead splicing works.
- Ensuring subcontractors under your supervision are competent, fully trained, and compliant with all requirements before starting on-site.
- Monitoring work to ensure that Streetworks permits, and client timescales are met.
- Conducting site meetings to discuss works, permit conditions, and Traffic Management requirements.
- Regularly liaising with Local Authorities and clients.
- Conduct audits to ensure that work sites meet Health & Safety standards.
- Ensure all productivity targets are achieved.
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and meets the contract specification standards.
- Review and close all corrective actions/improvement actions raised against works.
- Provide cover for other Supervisors as required.
We would welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing telecoms fibre work on PIA/Openreach networks.
- NRSWA Supervisor accreditation with good knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks Act.
- Good knowledge of external network build specifications.
