On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group. AMS are looking for a Product Manager - Master Data for a 6 month contract based in Bristol hybrid 2 days per week in the office the rest at home.
Purpose of the Role:
As a DMS Product Manager, you will be responsible for evolving our Master Data Management strategy, working with the Senior Product Manager for Master & Reference Data Management and key stakeholders across the business.
As a Product Manager - Master Data you will be:
- Defining the target state for the management of master data across the group with an immediate focus on Customer and Product data management.
- Working with key stakeholders across the business units to understand and document the issues in the current state.
- Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and relevant platforms to identify technology gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Consulting with existing strategic partners and external vendors to validate our approach and inform the target state.
- Working with business unit stakeholders to ensure the strategy adds value and contributes to the achievement of their objectives.
- Partnering with technology functions to deliver the master data strategy.
What we require from the candidate:
- Prior experience in Data Management roles, specifically Master Data Management
- Good knowledge of Data Management principles and practices
- Experience with data management and intelligence platforms, such as Collibra and Informatica
- Experience of delivery using the Agile methodology and tools - JIRA and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
- The confidence to ask questions and ability to challenge established processes.
- The ability to distil information on a wide-ranging and complex subject into consumable insight for a broad audience.
