A Lettings Negotiator is required for Hunters' client, a successful and independent property agency with a commitment to customer care. If your cv shows you are passionate about property but you don't have lettings experience, then training would be offered provided you have experience working in an office.

- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Arranging, organising and conducting viewings
- Maintaining goodwill, establishing trust and building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Talking to landlords about suitable applications and agreeing lets and terms
Lettings Negotiator – the fit
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A professional, ambitious and enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn
- The ability to build rapport and develop long-standing relationships
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Full and clean driving licence
- Experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
