As part of Services & Solutions, an internal global shared services organisation, the People Core Specialist role is pivotal in delivering centralised and standardised HR services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage off-boarding processes efficiently and effectively.
- Handle data changes and updates accurately.
- Administer various types of leaves including maternity, paternity, and annual leaves for retail employees.
- Oversee employee welfare in 300 stores, encompassing a workforce of 6500 individuals, within a dynamic work-stream with high volumes of sickness and termination cases.
- Utilise Workday platform aligned with company values and objectives.
Technical Capability:
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in customer service practices.
- Digitally fluent with a knack for numerical and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with systems such as Workday and Eracu.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
