Mortgage Administrator

An established and successful company are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to develop further within the financial services industry and will suit someone with strong administration skills.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and approach their work with a positive and 'can do' attitude.

This is an office based role, Monday-Friday.

Key Duties:

  • Liaise with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
  • Deal with any incoming calls, emails and post
  • Manage submission of mortgage and protection applications
  • Progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
  • Research and source Mortgage products
  • Manage client documents and recommendation reports
  • Process financial transactions within SLA
  • Support the financial planners
  • Arrange client meetings and appointments
  • Communicate with clients and any third party services
  • Be the main point of contact for potential and existing client base
  • Manage and maintain client data on company system
  • Ad-hoc duties

  • Good IT skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
