Personal Assistant

Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the North-West area who urgently require a fulltime Personal Assistant.

The key role responsibilities are:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working with Directors, and supporting senior committees
  • Knowledge of the full range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures acquired through training and relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of professionals, agencies, colleagues and the public
  • Accurate and effective minute taking skills
  • Ability to analyse and summarise complex information
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver work to challenging deadlines
  • Strong, effective communication skills
  • Plan and organise meetings/events/conferences
  • Experience of planning and managing complex and, at times, conflicting priorities
