About the Role:
Join a award-winning real estate team, known for handling a wide range of commercial property matters. We're looking for someone with experience (or a strong interest) in the following areas:
- Development Work: Both commercial and residential
- Landlord & Tenant: Handling leases and related matters
- Property Finance: Assisting with financial aspects of property deals
You'll be dealing with everything from development and acquisitions to disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, commercial landlord and tenant issues, and assisting with property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.

We're on the hunt for a proactive, self-starting solicitor with:
- Strong technical skills and a keen interest in property law
- Exceptional client service and problem-solving abilities
