Trainee Estate Agent - Market Leading Estate Agent in Hackney
*Driving licence, own car and a strong work ethic are essential*
OTE up to £35k+ - Basic salary £17k+ & Guaranteed commission
**Car allowance of circa £200 per month

Hours of work
- Monday to Thursday - 9am - 6:30pm
- Friday - 9am - 6pm
- Saturday - 9am - 4pm
- CLOSED Sundays + additional 2 days off a month
Trainee Estate Agent duties
- Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
- Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
- Book in & conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers & agree sales
- Carry out basic administration
- Generate and book in valuations
Skills & experience
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Work as part of a team
- Positive, organised and reliable
