As an Administrator, you will be a vital cog in the wheel of our Financial Services department, providing essential secretarial and business support. This entry-level position requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services.

Description

  • Case File Management: Create and maintain case files, ensuring all case-related data and information are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of statutory documents, including notices and reports.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information.
  • Investigations: Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support claims and legal actions.
  • Case Monitoring: Track case progress and provide updates to relevant parties as necessary.
  • Client and Professional Interaction: Participate in meetings and discussions with clients, lawyers, and other professionals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Case Manager, including answering calls and emails, scanning and photocopying documents, and conducting basic research tasks

Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in insolvency.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical and analytical approach.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Legislative Knowledge: A working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Companies Act 2006.
