This market leading audit and advisory firm, with a large regional presence across the Northwest is seeking to appoint a new Financial Controller to lead their internal finance function. This role has come around following an extended period of company growth and expansion within the last two years
Your new role
In your new role as Financial Controller you'll take ownership of the internal finance function for the North West operation. You will produce the month management accounts, produce the monthly/quarterly budgets and forecasts. Management the finance team consisting of purchase ledger, sales ledger, management accountant. You will be part of the senior management team and be involved in the senior leadership monthly meetings and present business performance and budgetary control.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have experience working within a similar role as a finance leader. Any experience working within professional services will be advantageous but not essential as you will report to an experienced Finance Director. You will posses leadership qualities and have a keen eye for process improvement.
