CREDIT CONTROLLER REQUIRED!!!
- 6 month contract - potential to go permanent
- Location: Ongar
- Annual Salary: £25k - £30k (depending on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time, Office-based - 9am-5pm
My client is seeking a Credit Controller for a 6 month fixed term contract.
My client will consider candidates from the more experienced end, but also someone more junior as well. The salary will reflect this.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Dealing with queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time
- Ensuring that all transactions are compliant with company's policies
- Handling disputed bills and negotiating to bring payment within the agreed terms
- Providing administrative support to the team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller
- Strong understanding of the full credit control process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
