Location: Near St Anthonys, Newcastle
Contract Type: Temporary Rolling Contract
Shift: Monday - Friday 40hrs a week
Rate: £15 per hour (PAYE)
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous an Quality Inspector to join our client's team in Newcastle. This is a temporary rolling contract offering a competitive rate of £15 per hour on a day shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine checks and validations of processes.
- Document and report inspection findings, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve any quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Utilize gauges and other measuring tools as needed to verify product specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with visual inspection experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience with gauges and measuring tools is ideal.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
