Description
- Oversee and manage recruitment processes and procedures
- Aid in the development of job descriptions and person specifications
- Ensure equal opportunities in recruitment and selection processes
- Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain and develop relationships with recruitment agencies
- Coordinate with HR team on new employee inductions
- Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency
- Ensure compliance with public sector recruitment regulations
Profile
A successful Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in previous TA roles
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills & excellent written skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A good understanding of employment law related to recruitment and selection
