Do you thrive on supporting people and solving problems? We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
**What You'll Be Doing
- Handling enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media channels
- Responding quickly and helpfully to customer questions and concerns
- Managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Guiding customers through their range of products and services clearly and confidently
- Resolving issues efficiently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills
- Escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members when needed
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions to help improve our service delivery
- Sharing customer feedback and suggestions to drive service improvements
- Building strong product knowledge to offer the best support possible
- Staying up to date with the latest updates, policies, and offerings
- Creating a memorable experience that turns new customers into loyal advocates
- Looking for ways to exceed expectations and brighten someone's day
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to maintain seamless service
**What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to truly listen to customer needs
- Calm and solutions-focused, even when things get busy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online service tools
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Empathetic, patient, and driven by a genuine desire to help others
- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
- Stays positive under pressure and remains professional at all times
- Experience in the fenestration industry is an advantage, but not essential
