Business Development Manager

Evolve are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation. This role is to join their successful team and will be responsible for developing and promoting their product portfolio by targeting and winning new contracts within the Lincolnshire territory.

This is a full-time 12 month fixed term contract.

Ideal Requirements for a Business Development Manager

  • Previous sales experience within the Healthcare or Medical Device industry.
  • Clinical backgrounds such as a Nurse will also be considered.
  • Ideally you will have a science related degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Role Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the NHS and industry, identifying and engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the health economy within the contract area.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Account Plan that outlines a long-term retention strategy.
  • Ensure the financial performance of the contract by effectively managing product usage in collaboration with the Community Account Manager.
