Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor
Location: Barking, London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Role Overview:
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of electrical installations on our high-end residential projects. You will oversee all aspects of the electrical works, from planning and coordination to execution and quality control. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical team on site.
- Ensure all electrical work is completed to the highest standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes of practice.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor, preferably within the high-end residential sector.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
