Are you a strong HR Generalist who has experience of using Workday (essential)? If so my client is looking for you?
Reporting into the Head of HR you will primarily have responsibility for all day-to-day HR matters related to assisting and advising team members on employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition and retention and be a consultative partner with the HR team and on-site leadership. You will have engagement with Hiring managers re Recruitment, conduit between agency and Managers, support with On-boarding, Business Partnering with their stakeholders.
What are they looking for experience wise?
- 3 years plus HR and Generalist experience
- Experience of working with Workday (essential)
- Ability to manage multiple projects from end to end
- Computer savvy
- Strong communication skills
- ...and most importantly - Fun, positive with an upbeat attitude
Salary - £38-42,000 plus very good benefits
- **This role will be on site 4 days with 1 day working from home***
