A CX Operations & Development Manager required for a global AI & Cloud based solutions provider. With a background in CV Operations and leading UC / Contact Centre teams, you will be overseeing the daily operations.

This role is Fully Remote / WFH within the UK.

THE ROLE:

Working in a globally renowned AI Contact Centre Solutions Practice, you will be leading and managing a business unit of UC & Contact Centre Engineers who will be building and implementing UC and CC solutions. Your role will also include overseeing the daily support and integration with major brands (Cisco, Avaya, AudioCodes, Ribbon etc)

This organisation builds, implements and supports voice, call centre and AI solutions globally, across sectors including Finance, Retail and the Public Sector.

They have seen significant investment and growth in recent months, and this continues it will open up further career development opportunities for you.

REQUIRED:

For this CX Operations & Development Manager role, you must have:

  • a solid background across Unified Comms and Contact Centre.
  • Contact Centre knowledge of either NICE or Genesys Pure Cloud.
  • knowledge of VOIP / SIP / CRM solutions.
  • leadership and operations experience.

SALARY:

£70 - 75k Basic
