Job Title: Wholesale Contract Manager
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Wholesale Contract Manager to join our Wholesale Fixed business division, where you will play a critical role in leading the commercialisation of our fixed network assets with partners who have a direct-to-consumer service offering (ISP's). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at an early stage, with the potential for the number of direct reports to increase.
Responsibilities:
- Provide contract expertise from conception to delivery, in-life, and exit for material customer agreements
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities and managing risks
- Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing support for the effective management and administration of Wholesale B2B2C agreements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of contracts
- Identify opportunities for contract control and optimisation, making recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing complex and material customer agreements
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Exceptional technical contract management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to acquire insights/input from staff across a diverse range of departments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, prioritising workload/tasks accordingly
- Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, take on new challenges, and learn on the job
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in a large organisation, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong influencing skills at a senior management level
- Experience with contract management tools and software
