Challenge-trg Recruitment wants to hear from you! We are currently looking to recruit Stock Controllers to work at The Royal Mint, based in Llantrisant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working at a forward thinking, world renowned company.
This is a full time and ongoing contract.
Payrate and shifts as a Stock Controller:
- Hourly rate: £13.74 per hour.
- This is a days & Afternoons regular Monday to Friday 6am until 2pm / 2pm until10pm
Duties will include:
- Stock and Material Control
- Kitting up for Production, issuing stock against the production plan
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Ensuring the secure storage and issue of all stock controlled items
- Carry out PI (Perpetual Inventory) counts to prescribed procedures and schedules
- Partake in scheduled stock takes as required
- Receipt booking of incoming materials
- Organise and manage any required scrapping of stock from product trials
Skill and experience required:
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel). Must have the aptitude to understand and use ERP systems.
- Knowledge of stock management in a manufacturing essential.
