Interim Head of Finance | Social Housing | West Midlands | Agile Working
Castlefield Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a Housing Association in the West Midlands in order to recruit a Head of Finance on an interim basis. The organisation is embarking on a transformation that requires a strategic lead to manage the finance division and ensure business planning is completed effectively.
Key responsibilities include;
- Leading and managing business planning and treasury management for the association
- Overseeing operations including cash management and banking, loan portfolio management including Loan Covenant monitoring and reporting
- Treasury related risk management, Development Accounting and reporting, and ERP system implementation
- Management of the 30 year business plan using Brixx
- Managing the submission of any relevant regulatory returns
The person;
- Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA) or with last experience within social housing
- Experience using Brixx is essential
- Immediately available for next contract
