Venn Group are currently partnering with a growing Social Housing provider, who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner focusing on employee relations. The successful HR Business Partner will have excellent knowledge of employee relations and will be able to provide support to a range of key stakeholders.

Job title: HR Partner - Employee Relations

Location: Bedford (2 days per week in the office)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 pa

Contract: 12 month FTC

Duties:

  • Deal with various employee relations cases, ensuring each case is dealt with sensitively and urgently
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and guide them with each individual employee relations case
  • Analyse, interpret and use data to inform and drive decision making
  • Provide support on the people planning process, including liaising with the Learning and Development Partner on training needs
  • Support the HR team with any other ad hoc tasks such as recruitment, inductions and onboarding
  • Attend meetings and proactively address business issues

Experience:

  • CIPD Qualified (Level 5)
  • Confident with handling complex ER cases
