As a Renewals Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and revenue growth. You will work as part of a team to renew company programmes for existing clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely and successful renewals.
- Communicate with education industry to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company programmes through training.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and renewal activities in the CRM system.
- Work in alignment with our Partnership Managers.
- Dedicated to achieving goals and targets.
- A team player who engages and collaborates with their clients and colleagues.
- Drive the company to surpass an 85% contract renewal rate through strategic and proactive support.
- Exceed your own targets and KPI's.
- Understand the company programmes and overcome objections.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
