WHAT WILL THE EHS LEAD BE DOING?
The role of the EHS Lead will be to maintain H&S guidelines and work to eradicate risk across the Broughton site. This covers all areas of the business from ISS/PAC, Structures, Equipping and Paint. Other roles include:
- Competence Management, Risk Assessment, Auditing and Legislative Compliance
- Identify potential hazards
- Supporting Project Leaders to ensure industrial asset installations are safe for operation
WE NEED THE EHS LEAD TO HAVE...
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of PUWER
- Minimum of 2 years working in a Health & Safety role
- At least 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment
- The ability to obtain BPSS clearance
