Hexagon Group are delighted to partner with a leading facilities management company who are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to assist the facilities management team with managing a prestigious client's property portfolio across London's West End. You will be joining a team which has numerous success stories, and you will be provided with lots of opportunities to progress with your career.

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Management team with administrative tasks, working with systems such as Elogbooks, Proactis, Planon and coordinating work with the relevant contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for any tenant queries
  • Raising and issuing PO's
  • Completing health & safety reports using their internal system
  • Liaising with contractors, and coordinating work
  • Ensure the PPM schedule requirements are undertaken
  • Supporting the wider facilities management team with administrative duties.

You will have several years' experience working within the facilities management field, ideally this will be working in an administrative position. In addition, you will have ideally worked with Elogbooks, Proactis and Planon beforehand, or similar systems to these. If you hold an industry recognised certificate such as an IOSH, this may also put you at an advantage.
