If you are a French speaking Sales Manager with experience selling manufacturing products, ideally in the heating, ventilation and aircon industry, we have an exciting new opportunity for you.
We are working with a client near Woking and they are looking for a sales manager to lead the implementation of their sales strategy across numerous distribution outlets in Europe. The ideal candidate will speak French fluently, and ideally German or Dutch.
Candidates must have experience selling a physical product rather than a service. They must also be committed to extensive travel across Europe and when they are not abroad, they must be able to commute to the office in West Byfleet. It is also essential that candidates can demonstrate their personal contributions and achievements from previous employment. The salary is £70,000-£80,000 depending on experience and there is an uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategy through the training of staff at various outlets across Europe.
- Ensure all sites are adequately stocked and managed.
- Pitch and present the companies products to new and existing clients in the region.
- Take part in company exhibitions to demonstrate product ranges to customers.
- Participate in trade shows.
- Prepare and present intelligence reports to the Directors.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent French speaker
- Ideally German and/or Dutch language skills.
- Previous experience in HVAC or other manufacturing.
- Demonstrable success in previous sales roles.
- Long term commitment to the role.
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
