An exciting opportunity has opened for a Financial Director for a very well-established but rapidly growing business based in Mid-Kent.
Working with global clients in the manufacturing industry the Financial Director will be reporting directly to the Managing Director running the entire finance function of the business. It is a very hands-on role that requires the successful individual to be extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of General Accounting Principles.
The role will also implement some operational duties so previous experience as a Financial Director is essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Working directly with the Managing Director with all internal controls and procedures
- Helping to improve business performance, profits and growth
- Managing the entire financial function of the business and taking a hands-on approach to help the team
- Assisting with and taking an operational approach to aid the business
- Other duties to be confirmed
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience as a Financial Director
- Have experience implementing processes and procedures
- Have significant management experience within a finance setting
- Have experience with Financial and Operational duties at a very senior level
- Have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
