Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 advisors to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, observations, and one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer excellence and compliance.
- Monitor and analyse team metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with business strategy.
