Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce financial reports.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Improve systems and procedures for enhanced financial reporting.
- Work closely with the team to educate them about finance management.
- Coordinate with senior management on strategic financial planning.
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.).
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
