About the role:
As Rental Lettings Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the lettings team during a busy period.
Your main focus will be on back-office tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing rental admin to updating client files and maintaining compliance, your organisational skills will be key to our success.
What you'll do:
- Administrative Support: Handle all rental administration with precision and efficiency.
- IT & Systems Management: Use Microsoft Office and Property Management CRM to manage lettings tasks and keep client files up-to-date.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally step in for viewings, showcasing our fantastic properties.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes meet industry regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in lettings administration, with proficiency in business operating systems.
- Strong organisational skills, IT literacy, and effective communication abilities.
- Experience in the Build to Rent or student living sector is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work at pace during busy periods.
