My client is now looking for a Front of house/office support coordinator to join their team. You will be part of a small team and your role will be responsible for front of house and various office support duties.
Typical duties;
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Managing meeting room schedule
- Answering the telephone and handling incoming queries
- Ordering stationery and refreshments
- Handling incoming and outgoing post/deliveries/couriers
- Assisting to process new joiners/leavers
- Act as fire warden/first aider for the office
- Dealing with any office support queries
- Handling incoming office support queries
- Adhoc administrative tasks - as given
Ideal/desired attributes:
- Outstanding 'customerservices' skills
- Strong communicator - spoken/written
- Proficient in Word and Excel
