Job Description:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Managing project costs and ensuring adherence to budgets
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Conducting site visits and valuations
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Preparing and presenting reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in using relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license
