Senior Executive Assistant

We have an amazing opportunity for an established EA to join a very well-respected business based in Birmingham City Centre.

This role is offering up to 65k a year dependant on experience and offers a discretionary bonus and is office based.

This role is supporting both the CEO and CFO which will include heavy diary management, complex travel management, coordination with executives and board members on behalf of the CEO, board meeting preparation with board packs/agendas/presentations and attendance, preparing expense reports, facilitating smooth communication between parties and senior management, informing the CEO and CFO of upcoming commitments, building relationships and handling deadlines on behalf of the CEO and CFO, drafting initial communications and follow-ups and stakeholder liaison.

For this role you need to be a brand ambassador, have the ability to think ahead, be a solution seeker and be able to work to autonomously. It is an excellent opportunity which requires solid previous PA/EA experience working at C-Suite level in a corporate environment. If you are a go getter, this role could be perfect for you.
