Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

PLUS Vendor Certifications / Qualifications, Pension, Private Healthcare, Social Events.

Are you looking for an all-round IT Support role where can gain certifications and work on client projects?

We are currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a successful Managed Service Provider in Bradford. Over two decades they have built a strong regional client base maintaining an impressive retention rate of both customers and staff.

You will be joining a well-established and close-knit team where you will be given plenty of opportunities to tackle complex tickets and learn from Senior Engineers. You will also be given ample opportunity to visit client sites and assist with project work such as Server upgrades, 365 migrations and network installations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Managed Services
  • Technical Knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization Technologies such as Hyper-V or VMWare
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Azure
  • Network troubleshooting - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
