Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will develop and implement our product strategy, grow our business with new and existing customers, and manage a budget of approximately £10 million.

You will focus on sustainable and profitable growth and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies - predominantly with current customers
  • Manage and grow customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
  • Manage a budget of around £10 million
  • Work with clients on product development and new solutions
  • Oversee customer fulfillment
  • Provide technical support to customers

The Candidate:

  • Proven track record of developing sales in B2B manufacturing and FMCG sectors
  • Experience working with manufacturing sites
  • Ambitious approach to customer relationships
  • Ability to grow business with existing customers and develop new collaborations
  • Product management experience advatagous
  • High energy and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel
