Locum Social Worker

Assessment - Weybridge
Up to £42 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to evaluate their needs and identify areas of concern.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals, including health care providers, teachers/lecturers & law enforcement, to gather information and develop intervention plans.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, including counselling, advocacy, and assistance with accessing community resources.
- Monitoring the progress of children and families and making recommendations for adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children and families in a social work setting, for a minimum of three years.
- A degree in social work.
- Registration with Social Work England as a Qualified Social Worker.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective intervention plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
