Your Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

Light bulb replacement

Painting and decorating
-
Basic plumbing and joinery

PAT testing (training can be given)

Door and roller shutter repairs

Furniture assembly and relocation
-
Reactive and planned maintenance
-
Coordinate external contractors for specialised tasks.

Utilise online maintenance systems and dynamic risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage yard waste.
-
Work safely at heights and operate MEWP equipment (training can be given)
Qualifications and Skills:
