A typical week:
- Develop & lead strategic fundraising plans
- Coach & manage the fundraising team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Oversee budgets & ensure compliance across fundraising activities
You'll need the following:
- Proven experience in senior fundraising
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated budget management experience
- A proactive, positive, and adaptive leadership style
