Are you available immediately and can you commit to a booking for a minimum of 8 weeks? We are working with a fantastic client in West Leeds who are looking for a strong administrator to join them on a temporary basis to support with a back log of work.
Processing application packs, checking for errors and gaps within the forms, the successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be happy to work in a highly targeted setting. Working in this fully office based role, the hours of work will be 8.45-5.30 Monday-Friday and key duties will include;
- Processing all consumer applications
- Checking all documents and logging to CRM
- Liaising with external parties over errors and gaps
- Ad hoc administration support
Working for a great team and a a supportive wider organisation, the successful candidate must be;
- Available immediately
- Have minimum of 12 months administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
