JOB- Lead Development Engineer
LOCATION- Haverhill
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
My client is a specialist manufacturer of products that go into sectors including the Telecommunications, Medical and Sensing industries. They are looking for a Lead Development Engineer to join their team in Haverhill.
The Lead Development Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 5+ Years of Engineering Experience
- 3+ Years of Experience in a Senior/Lead role
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Ability to drive Engineering development
- Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
The Lead Development Engineer role will involve:
- Leading a team working on the company's product range
- Helping to develop existing products on a technical level
- Performing hands-on development activities
- Working with all company departments for new product delivery
