�? What's in it for you? �?

  • Salary: £25,000

  • Working Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • 39 hours per week with a 30-minute lunch break, fully office based

  • Location: Dunston, Gateshead

�? Key Responsibilities �?

  • Process customer and supplier orders via the internal system, cross-referencing and logging them, and processing orders through the in-house system
  • Manage customer queries via email and telephone
  • Ensure smooth coordination of customer deliveries by liaising with relevant departments to meet timely delivery schedules
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Monitor stock levels and keep all teams updated on product availability
  • Perform general office duties, including answering the main telephone and the intercom
  • Schedule work orders for customers
  • Input data using Excel and CRM systems
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices
  • Provide additional support to Directors and the wider team as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent telephone handling skills, with clear and assertive communication
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office systems
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude!
