The Cake Crew are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join our Finance Team. The main duties involve:
- Raising daily invoices to Customers adhering to a strict deadlines. Ensure invoices are sent out in a timely maner in the correct format.
- Processing of Cash Receipts, Issuance of Credit Notes and Sales Ledger adjustments. General housekeeping.
- Chasing overdue debt and adhering to strict KPI's. Cross checking costs for the Company where appropriate.
- Other Accounting duties where appropriate and assisting the Accounts team
You wil possess the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Sales Ledger knowledge and experience required, additional training provided.
- Good Excel skills needed with an appropriate telephone manner.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Good problem solving abilities and a self starter. Ability to be flexible and pursuant is essential for this role.
- Experience of working with major food retailers would be beneficial but not essential.
- Be tenacious and meticulous.
