We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for approx. one year. This fast-paced role covers everything from writing job adverts and sourcing new candidates to on-boarding new hires, making it ideal for someone with a strong administrative or recruitment background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and post job adverts across various platforms.
- Sourcing candidates for open roles using recruitment tools and CV / Job Boards
- Writing Job Descriptions
- Manage the recruitment process, including screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the on-boarding process for new employees.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative or recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, we need someone who can work in the office.
