Customer Care Coordinator

R13 Recruitment are excited to be supporting a well-known retail brand in their search for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis until Jan/Feb 2025. This role will require you to provide outstanding service to a range of customers.

Based in West Norfolk, this is a full time, temporary position. This is a fully office based position. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm on a rotational shift basis. The offered salary is £12.18 per hour.

The day to day

  • Handling incoming customer calls and dealing with their queries in a calm, efficient manner.
  • Handling refunds and exchanges & processing related administration.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
  • Providing Live Chat support to customers.

You will have/be

  • Proven customer service experience and administrative skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Able take the initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
  • Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
  • UK driving license and own transport is essential due to location.
