We are seeking a Qualified Teacher with experience in teaching the UK National Curriculum to lead a class of 3-6 pupils. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to enhance pupil progress. You will become an integral part of our qualified teaching team, with oversight of planning and implementation of the school-wide curriculum for your specialised subject.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead a class of 3-6 pupils, focusing on delivering high-quality education according to the UK National Curriculum.
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to enhance pupil learning and academic progress.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and implement an effective curriculum across the school.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching the UK National Curriculum.
- Strong ability to provide effective 1:1 and small group instruction.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage classroom activities and curriculum implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
