Here's what you need to know about being an Onsite Account Manager.
As an onsite Account Manager, you will be based Onsite at one of our largest key accounts in Warrington.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Working onsite at our clients premises, with key stakeholders within an Industrial setting
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across all levels and liaising with the wider Account Management team
- Hosting drop-in sessions for key stakeholders and flexible employees to discuss and resolve any queries
- Being the primary point of contact for all operational support and responsible for fulfilment and ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are met
- Producing management information whilst analysing market intel. Delivering performance data to the key site leadership team and daily reporting to the Regional Account Manager
- Client service level meetings
- Sourcing temporary employees, writing job adverts, proof of right to work checks and candidate registrations
- Managing the timely supply of Flexible Employees and overcoming any challenges
- Maintaining a daily onsite presence
- Core working hours will be Monday to Friday 6am- 2pm or 9am-5pm with on call flexibility when required
Key skills we are looking for in our Onsite Account Manager:
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Knowledge of the temporary recruitment process
- Full clean Driving Licence
- Flexible and adaptable with the capacity to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- The successful Account Manager will have a proactive attitude
