This role of Demand Planner is essential for maintaining optimal inventory levels and improving forecast accuracy within the Procurement & Supply Chain department. The candidate will be responsible for implementing planning strategies, coordinating with various teams, and providing detailed forecasts.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement effective forecast and inventory models.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to understand demand forecast drivers.
  • Implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine promotional demand.
  • Manage and maintain data in the forecasting system.
  • Assist with risk management within the supply chain.
  • Provide input to the Supply Planning team in developing inventory strategies.

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the FMCG Beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical forecasting and forecasting methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using planning software.
  • Be immediately available and ready for an ASAP start.
