Servicing Specialist - Litigation

On Behalf of our client we are looking for Mortgage Litigation Collections Specialist

Position Start Date: August 5, 2024 (No Flexibility)
Initial Training Period: 12 Weeks (Mandatory Availability)

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in Litigation Collections processes.
  • Direct experience handling Litigation cases.
  • At least 2 years in an FCA-regulated role, preferably involving secured arrears.

Job Responsibilities

  • Comprehensively understand customer situations to provide suitable resolutions.
  • Manage high volumes of calls and transactions.
  • Address and resolve complex customer communications and queries regarding payment issues and arrears.
  • Prioritise and manage workloads to meet service standards within Arrears, Litigation, and Forbearance areas.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while using sound judgement to resolve issues.
  • Handle queries or referrals from inside and outside the team.
  • Investigate and respond to internal and external requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Consider risks when performing daily tasks.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Perform any reasonable tasks or duties as requested.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM,
  • 1 hour lunch break.
