Description

  • Assist with and implement MBD activities across the firm, with a focus on digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, BD, and the Marketing Communications Manager to support their work.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members as needed.
  • Ensure all internal and external deadlines are consistently met.
  • Manage day-to-day website activities, including content creation, editing, publishing, and improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in producing multimedia content, such as videos, podcasts, and webinars, and advise on digital best practices.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns in DotDigital, while proofreading and reporting on their performance.
  • Coordinate and run events, from planning with partners to executing logistics and managing attendee communications.

Profile

A successful Marketing Executive should have:

  • A degree is desirable but not essential.
  • Preferred experience in a fast-paced law firm environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong proofreading abilities and attention to detail.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and assigned tasks, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
