The ROLE
Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Fabricator/Setter to become an integral part of our Client's team. The Senior Fabricator/Setter will be responsible for supporting the management achieve daily production requirements. The minutia of the role includes;
- Setting up plant and machinery
- Ensure operators are trained and competent in a task before starting
- Check 1st off is correct
- Ensure operator knows time to complete task and clocks on correctly
- Operate production equipment
- Train/mentor less experienced operators
The CANDIDATE
The right candidate Senior Fabricator/Setter will possess;
- Strong experience of working in a production environment
- Ability to train operators
- Pride in doing a job well
- Background in automotive/aerospace
The Package
